1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and requesting consultations with Southern Oregon Caring Hands Estate Solutions, LLC, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Written Agreements
Formal estate liquidations, buyouts, and clean-outs are governed by a separate written service agreement entered into between the estate representative and Caring Hands before project work begins.
3. Estate Sale Attendance
Attendees at public estate sales enter premises at their own risk. We ask shoppers to exercise care around stairs, furnishings, and uneven terrain. All items purchased at estate sales are sold as-is.
