Initial Consultation
Our process begins with a phone call. We'll take time to learn about your situation, answer questions, and discuss how we may be able to help. This conversation helps us determine your goals and whether our services are the right fit for your needs.
Property Walkthrough
Next, we'll schedule a visit to the property. During the walkthrough, we'll evaluate the contents of the home, discuss your priorities, and review any special circumstances. This allows us to develop a customized plan and timeline for your estate sale project.
Service Agreement
Once we've reviewed the property and agreed on a plan, we'll provide a simple service agreement outlining the scope of work, commission structure, sale dates, and expectations. We believe in transparency and clear communication every step of the way.
Sorting & Preparation
Before we begin setup, all items the family wishes to keep should be removed from the property. We then carefully sort, organize, and prepare sale items throughout the home.
As we work, we remain attentive to personal documents, photographs, valuables, and sentimental items that may have been overlooked. Any important items discovered will be set aside and returned to the family.
Staging & Marketing
Once the home has been organized and staged, we professionally photograph the sale and begin advertising.
We promote sales through online platforms, social media, estate sale websites, and other marketing channels to help attract qualified buyers and maximize exposure.
Estate Sale Day
When sale day arrives, we handle the details so you don't have to.
Our team manages setup, signage, customer assistance, pricing, checkout, and sale operations. We strive to create an organized, welcoming shopping experience while helping achieve the best possible results for our clients.
Post Sale Options
After the sale, we'll discuss the remaining items and available next steps.
Depending on your needs, we can coordinate donations, arrange removal of unwanted items, provide clean out services, or prepare the property for its next chapter.
Final Accounting & Payment
Following the sale, you'll receive a detailed summary of the results along with your final payment.
Most payments are issued within several business days after the sale concludes. Once everything is complete, you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing the project has been handled with care and professionalism.
If you'd like, we can also arrange a professional deep cleaning of the home as a separately arranged service.
